F1 23 PS5 stuck in trial mode

Hi,

I have a PS Plus subscription and have logged 150 hours on the PS5 version of F1 23. Recently, the game switched to trial mode, and it seems to have been removed from the PS Plus catalog, though I can still download and play only PS4 version. Unfortunately, I’m unable to transfer my save data and settings from the PS5 version to the PS4 version.

I've noticed that others have reported a similar issue with Madden 22 on the PlayStation forums. Could you help me investigate this issue and see if there's a solution?

    It's back! Few months ago, F1 23 PS5 version is unlocked, perhaps some bug.

    I don't even downgrade my PS+ account, it was essential from the start. and where is the logic to force you to play F1 23 when i have PS4 version to play? I use trial mode to transfer setups and settings, and now i play on ps4 version of game. Its complete non-sense

    Same boat. Uninstalled F1 about a month ago to make room for other games. Went to reinstall and only have the PS4 version available, which I've never played. PS5 demands $109 to play the PS5 version or the game trial. Thought maybe it was because I downgraded my PS+ subscription. But the mid tier and low tier didn't change anything. 

    $109 for F1 23. $109 for F1 24. Is this EAs way of forcing people to buy F1 24?
