Suggestion: post it on Reddit and Facebook PSVR 2 groups as well! They are huge and I see people requesting F1 23 on PSVR 2 there everyday.
I’d have to add to this.
I won’t be buying F1 2023 unless it has PSVR2 support.
I want immersion in my racing games and GT7 have delivered this in spades with their VR.
Console owners shouldn’t have to fork out thousands of pounds for a gaming PC and a VR headset when they already have a PS5 and PSVR2 at a much cheaper cost of entry.
Get it together Codies and EA and stop screwing your customers. PSVR2 would only increase your market penetration for marginal optimisation work.

- Owners of both PC's with VR and PS5 PSVR 2 would much prefer to play F1 2023 on the PSVR 2. The average PC VR user doesn't have such advanced VR headset features that the PSVR 2 does including 4K OLED displays foveated rendering, eye tracking 90HZ at 110 FoV and so much more.
I would purchase this F1 2023 game only if it becomes available on the PSVR 2. I already have most PC VR titles and don't play them anymore since Gran Turismo 7 came out on PS5's PSVR 2. For the majority of gamers that don't have access to high PC or VR specs the low cost and high quality PSVR 2 units is the way to go for hyper realistic car racing on a lower budget.
Sure you can spend $20K on a superior PC rig but even a more basic port of F1 2023 onto a PS5 PSVR 2 with reduced textures or what ever elements would need to be reduced to function on the PSVR 2 therefore Sony's version would still hold up pretty well to such expensive gear.
A solution can be found to successfully from AE directly or a third party developer on a licensing deal even to port this onto the PSVR 2 so why wouldn't EA do it at launch or eventually by releasing a software update? You don't like earning extra revenues from folks like me or something?
If I'm firing up my PC to try VR sim racing then I much prefer the many other alternatives such as Assetto Corsa, iRacing and so many others that take full advantage of the more advanced PC specs to constantly recalculate minute details such as hyper realistic tire and other component ware etc.
But EA's F1 lends itself to be played on consoles and especially on PSVR 2! Maybe a couple EA developers can try it out to see what I mean. F1 2023 on PS5 PSVR 2 is the perfect match! Please launch this PS5 title in a big way and include PSVR 2 functionality. PSVR 2 gamers like myself will purchase it immediately once that happens. I'm getting the impression that PC VR support is going to still be patchy in F123 and this is the reason it's not coming to PSVR2. So much for the two year development cycle.
Maybe the game engine can't cope well with VR who knows. I guess we will wait and see but there's not much talk about VR on YouTube about it when there are a handful of videos discussing the improved handling model. It all seems a bit fishy.

Handling model is more important to gamers. Even the most popular off YouTubers with high end sim rigs are still not using VR.. why isn’t Super GT using PSVR2… He has it… but he still prefers not to use it.
VR is still very Niche. And as I’ve said before. It’s been around for decades but still hasn’t gained traction. It only appeals to the likes of you few guys.
Not fishy at all.
- @ScarDuck14 That’s nog realy treu, a lot of youtubers (kie25, rory, casual racing gamer) they all use vr just not on stream cause they can’t interact with the chat in vr.
But i think the point is not wheter F1 supports vr or not the point is why only on one platform
