f1 23 random pausing???

Summarize your bug My game repeatedly pauses randomly during a lap, the mfd randomly pops up and has a mind of its own and my gears on the thurstmaster ferrari f1 wheel add on stop working for a second or go up a gear or down a gear without command - multiplayer and single player never had this problem with previous games

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just during a race it randomly happens
What happens when the bug occurs? my game pauses and buttons stop working and the mfd randomly pops up
What do you expect to see? a game that works and doesnt randomly pause me

    @cresyfootball7 does it always happen when you are steering, or also when the steering wheel is straight?
    Have you tested it with other games?

    Random button presses are something that can happen with Thrustmaster bases, this can be due to a faulty connection between the steering wheel and base.
    Check if the screws on the hub connector are loose, check the same on the steering wheel, maybe this will help to solve the problems.

    f1 23 - updated 30 June. Simucube2 Sport and leoxz wheel - all connected via USB. Randomly going into pause. Infuriating

    @jwebsternzThis is ridiculous. Wait for EA to reply with “your wheel is overheating/update your firmware”… that’s the stock response. I make that at least 5 different wheels that aren’t functioning properly due to bugs in the new game. That includes G920/3 and TM T300/TX - a lot of unhappy customers. No chance of patching til they accept it’s the game that’s broken.
