In F1 23, how can I use the Chinese subtitles without replacing English Voices in CGs? I'm okay with the English interface but is there any way to change the subtitles' language to Chinese?

unfortunately, that isn't possible. Like SteveJackson already mentioned, you can only turn subtitles on or off, but without an option to change the subtitles language separate from the normal audio language.

I don't think so. Subtitles are an Accessibility Option and thereby enabled or disabled ON/OFF.
AIUI the main language the game is offered in is due to the regional settings on the machine or console it is installed upon.
The only thing that seems to be installed irrespective of locale would be the Microsoft/Kinect Speech recognition Language Packs - I have only English (United Kingdom) set as a locale or input language.
