I'm still having this issue. Most notably, connection issues where a player in my 2-person career will be dropped and can only rejoin if both players quit back to the menu. This happens so frequently and randomly that there's no ability to comprehend how to lessen/fix the issue. I can also confirm the glitchy AI that will absolutely drive as if your not there. It's so aggressive/glitchy that it's completely ruined the game mode for me. I've been run down on the straight, run off the track, pinned against walls, rear ended, etc.
I have no idea why more people haven't spoken up about these problems. I really enjoy this game and playing it with my friends, but this is incredibly frustrating.
I was rammed from behind in a DRS zone by Ocon in Jeddah despite myself being at a high speed already. Punted me straight into the wall by hitting my back left quadrant like I didn't even exist.
Two-player career. Horrible connection quality because of cross-platform failures, despite ~940Mbps upload and download. F1 2021 when we were both on PS4 did not have any connection problems.
Still not a word from EA about this.
