f1 world and safety rating

so f1 world is a pleasant suprise, lots to do outside of normal career modes, just wondering what modes actually improve the safety rating, i spent around 5 hours yesterday did a couple of ranked races and a load of the series agaisnt ai  and only gone upto 1 rank from C to B.

is this the same for everyone else?

what modes contribute towards gaing safety rating?
