F1 World Goals permanently disabled

Yup, I'm still experiencing this with the latest patch. I created a new issue in case that's what they're looking for, but it's crazy that this has even been closed. It isn't fixed.

Summarize your bug Goals has become locked. Reached tech level 1000 a few days ago, which was about when the bug started. Had access to Goals up until then. Get a message saying i need to complete 5 races, but counter does not go up

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Navigate to F1 World => Play => Goals. Goals is locked stating 0/5 races have been completed. This only started happening for me once I reached tech level 1000. Cannot be sure it is related though
What happens when the bug occurs? No longer have access to Goals, states that 0/5 races have been completed. Even when completing a race the count does not go up
What do you expect to see? After completing 5 races I expect it to be unlocked. As it was unlocked for me until tech level 1000 I still expect it to be unlocked

Disappointed to see that the issue has been moved to the ”closed” section. I unlocked goals after release, had a few dozen fulfilled then goals became locked. Now it says I have completed 0/5 races. 
Please reopen the issue because I can't play the game properly.
I don't think the problem is related to Tech level 1000 because I am around 600 now, and the bug appeared when I was somewhere between 100 and 200.

@Sebi11_Sebi11  This is possibly a red herring and nothing else.

@Iron_DisciplineI don't think it is related to either tech level 1000 or 100 races as some people have guessed. I got hit with this issue around four weeks ago and had passed the 100 races and tech level 1000 prior to being locked out and didn't occur in the same session.

I don't understand why they can't just remove the completely broken on-boarding/"requirement" that they currently have implemented.
