Summarize your bug F1 world goals have randomly locked me out and completing races does not progress the 5 races required to unlock them.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open F1 world, scroll to goals, its red and locked out.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't access goals whatsoever
What do you expect to see? To have access to goals, had access to goals just fine since release, no reason it should be locked.
