F123 Freezing when Customising or entering Cross-Play Lobby

Summarize your bug I hope someone knows how to help me, my f1 23 freezes instantly when entering a crossplay f1 lobby or trying to make my own or even to try and customise my livery it just freezes and always have to restart but same problem occurs everytime. I have tried everything like restarting my whole computer, checking the game files, download and re download. But it seems it cannot be fixed and its not a problem with my pc since every single other game runs incredibly smooth and ultra stable. I have a Ryzen 5 5600 brand new B550m DS3h Rx 7600 All drivers up to date Win 10 pro 16 gb ram 1 tb of storage

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Launch the game 2. Go to F1 World and go to customisation 3. Try to customise the livery 4. Or go to f1 world and go to multiplayer 5. Try making an f1 lobby by your own
What happens when the bug occurs? Freezes the entire game and cannot enter the customisation menu or the multiplayer cross-play lobbies.
What do you expect to see? A way to solve this issue

Tried verifying integrity on steam, uninstall and re install, remove nahimic audio, ran a clean boot, turned off cross play, checked all drivers, deleted hardware setting on f1 file. Completely out of ideas......
Stressing out with this game and EA are not quick in helping either.
