Factory facility upgrade
What are the requirements for a facility upgrade? Do you need to be on a certain level? Im at williams in S3 now, at facility spec 2 since mid season 2. Can't buy updates because ALL next updates...

@D44nnl1As career are ten seasons long. As far as I know Lower teams don’t upgrade their facilities to spec 3 for a good few seasons. Can’t be sure which season as I only play Myteam. But wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t upgrade until atleast 5th season
