so am I understanding this correctly? no ffb and physics improvements were made for the f2. Will the cars behave like in f1 2022?
- mariohomoh3 years agoHero (Retired)@Dodgerxxl What @SDGMatt said is that the game currently has the 2022 season cars in it, but they do (or should) benefit from the changes made to the physics, vehicle dynamics and reworked FFB. They should not behave as they did in F1 22.
Codemasters are in the habit of only updating the F2 cars later in the year though. F1 22 was released with the 2021 F2 cars in it and only got the 2022 models in October if I'm not mistaken, quite deep in the product lifecycle. Probably due to the low popularity, based on steam achievements unlock rates and similar stats.
Codemasters has the license for F2 series already and it's been so for quite some time now, they're not renewed on a yearly basis as far as I know. From the last investors report I remember they mentioning securing an extension on both the F1 and F2 licenses on the same deal.
I don't play the F2 modes though, so take that with a grain of salt. The series is poorly woven into the whole F1 experience, with no effect on career modes. Can't speak for its popularity in multiplayer, but all in all there's little to no incentive from Codies for us to play with F2 cars unless you happen to really like how they drive. - 3 years ago

Therefore no, not same FFB, 100% sure.
