12900k rtx 4090, gigabyte z690 master.I have DDU VGA and reinstalled latest NVidia driver. But I am unable to turn on frame generation it says it is locked.HDR is off so not sure what is going on works in all other supported games

Same setup, same issue. I had Frame Gen in beta. Such a weird issue.

I am also unable to enable DLSS-G in-game.
I tried swapping the DLLs to no avail.
Observation I did: the included nvngx.dlss.dll (DLSS v2.4.0.0) and nvngx_dlssg.dll (frame generation v1.0.6.0) DLLs are quite old and am surprised that they wouldn't release the game with newer DLLs.
Latest version of both DLSS and DLSS-G are version 3.1.13.

@jcp11 I believe it's effectively locked until Nvidia release driver support to unlock it for the final release version of the game.

They've put out F1 23 release statement in the last hour or so, saying the game will launch with DLSS 2 on the 16th of June, so perhaps we'll get a driver update in the next few days that will unlock it - https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/news/f1-23-dlss-2-ray-tracing-reflex-launching-this-week/

@DarkerX2 That would be incredibly weird as frame generation was present and fully functional on pre-release versions of F1 23, the DLLs are already included with the game as well.

@dotazuredIt certainly would be, but not the first time I've seen it happen between pre-release versions and the final launch variants - possible that it was enabled on pre-release versions to better support content creators demoing earlier.

Or could be that some issues were found so it was disabled for launch and requires a final driver update from Nvidia to give the best level of support - will have to wait and see!
