@RVladimiro have you catched up to that main thread on the Technical Issues board? An helpful user made a proper video of his wheel and I've passed it on to Logitech. Got to chat with a representative and posted it there. The video is on page 18 I think.
In summation, those wheel noises are annoying but normal considering the game is cranking up Trueforce to 100%. Hopefully Codemasters will work out a way to tune Trueforce levels in the game... Like pretty much every other simracing title out there 🤷♂️
Personally I don't find the current workaround for console users satisfactory - i.e. turning the Effects audio down. I've been putting off playing this game for good until they sort things out properly.

@mariohomohYeah, I saw that and I saw that you saw that I saw. :D However, here I was referring specifically to FFB settings and not the TF issue. I assumed that OP was referring to those and overall wheel settings and not TF. I may be wrong though.
EDIT: and yeah I'm not playing the game either. I'm playing Cities Skylines... again... go figure...
