i have question about your application racenet, i try to create leagues for me and my friends (PS platforms) and when i create the league and set up all races for the 1st sesaon i cant change the general settings for the season (difficult, weekend structure etc.).
When i go in to the session on my PS5 there i cant change the settings either.
PS. I cant share the league link to my friends, button cant be clicked...
You have to open the Admin Area on RaceNet and then you firstly have to create a new Season, after which you can "Edit Season settings". There you find all of the Ingame settings that you can change

It should. Admin Area -> Season -> Edit Season settings. Have you created a new season before trying to change it? You need to create a new season before you can change it.
