I had a look at this today, and I think I know what's going on. Will try and get a fix out soon.

Whats the problem of programming a delete button?
I have now several leagues and i cant delete any of them.

I have exactly same situation, with some test Leaque, that I am not able to Delete.
If you go in to a Leaque and press "Manage Leaque", and from here press the bottom
"Leaque Setting", you will have the opotunity to Delete Leaque.
If you try to delete, Nothing is Happening, the only thing you can do is to Cancel.
That is absolutely not Good.
Please Advise how to delete a Leaque.

As soon as anyone know how to delete a unused Leaque, please advise
The delete button does nothing, please get this sorted asap its so annoying
Let's hope we're luckier with the new F1 24, then EA had almost a year to fix the problem with Deleting a League.
