I had no success in reporting anyone the times I have attempted contacting the support and gave up.The Indian support center that the task is being outsourced to is just using template responses and does not seem to have proper documentation and/or enough information regarding F1 23 in the first place.
Save your own sanity and just move on.We can only hope that they add a proper report button in-game instead of just redirecting users to a support page with no correct option for it.
