Did you try leaving it on auto? I have an ultrawide (AW3423DW, yours is a super-ultrawide lol) and it works just fine. I also have the options of 16:9, 16:10, 21:9, 4:3, and 5:4.
Maybe clean re-install graphic drivers, and making sure your resolution is selected on the desktop? Or try a clean re-install of the game?
Hi,
Thanks for your reply - If I set it to auto, it then cuts off the side panels and looks just like a standard monitor size which is why I had to set to 16:9 which does improve it. I shall re-install the graphic drivers to see if this helps. Thanks again 🙂

Do you have a multimonitor setup?
If so, make sure the game is set to use the correct monitor via the ingame graphical settings menu. The option to select monitor should be on the same page as the resolution options.- 3 years ago
Yes, I have my PC and Monitor on my desk and then I have a monitor attached to a chair and monitor stand behind me. It's connected via a display port and the monitors are set up correctly on the game too.
