how to transfer xbo\x purchases to EA App

I have tried everything that I can think of and also the EA website says that I don't own the game.

Hey @DavidJAdams79,

I assume that when you say purchases you mean the game itself in this case? Games don't cross over between platforms; if you've bought it for Xbox but you don't own it for PC, you'll need to buy it on PC in order to play there.
