Huge perfomance issues on night races

Same thing is happening to me.

3060ti

intel i7 12700kf

32GB Ram

During the day session at Bahrain I am able to run at over 100fps and my gpu runs pretty cool (60C) but when in the night sessions the fps drops and my gpu maxes out and heats up my room a lot. I tried on turning the graphics to ultra low and that made no difference, lowered FPS to lock at 60 and same issue. I also noticed the same happens when cloud cover happens, so it has to do with low light graphics I'm assuming. This issue along with the cutscenes being unoptimized means playing career mode is really difficult as the first two races of the season are at night and the temperature in my room makes it very uncomfortable to play in. I like doing 100% races because I like the realism and immersion, but I wasn't expecting to feel like I'm actually in the racing car lol.

I hope they are able to fix this issue soon, as I would like to play the new tracks (Qatar and Vegas) during the night but at this point its not worth it to me. This game is a huge step forward in terms of handling and feel of driving but a step back in others.
