Have the same issue. I can't play Braking Point and the Night Races in the Career mode because of it. Obviously multiplayer on these tracks at night is also impossible. On daytime I have around 60 FPS and at nighttime I have like 10-20 FPS. So I can just play the game at daytime normally.
