Via Steam I bought the F1 23 Champions Edition as I want Max Verstappen on the cover. But I do get the regular cover with Leclerc, Norris and the English guy on the cover. According to Steam they have delivered the correct version and I should contact EA support.Please advice how I can check which version I have?Best regards,Johan

@jogi1666 I have the Champions Edition and when the game starts it is Leclerc, Norris, and Lewis on the first screen. I don't think that changes. If you have the Champions Edition you should have 18.000 pit coins to use plus the rest of the stuff like liveries, icons, etc.

I bought F1 23 Champions Edition but regular edition seems delivered

Hmm, so I'm not the only one then.
Yeah, I seem to have some of the Champions goody bag, (am not sure what it actually should be. I'm only interested in racing...) but I bought it to prevent looking at the English guy every time again, like in 2021.
Oh well, guess have to live with it.

Well, in this ad EA mentions the digital edition. I translated that as the "download" edition as all games are digital...

@BadMayh3m Lol, pretty sure... You're wrong!!! There doesn't exist a physical version of the Champions Edition to buy.

@jogi1666 I have also wondered this. Is this how it is like every year with the champions edition? Last year I bought the regular disc, and paid extra later for the champions edition upgrade. Nothing changed, except the bonuses were unlocked. This years regular cover is awful. At least last year they were altogether with a matching background. So this year, I preordered the champions edition because it was even advertised on PSN as a unique cover art with EA sponsor Max. But, as a preorder the cover art was Max and then changed to the regular cover art version a few days before downloading began!

@RVladimiro So basically what you're saying is, nobody has or gets a version with Max as the cover art? If that's the case, it's pretty dumb... Why bother at all, with creating a champions edition cover?

@Halpen4 To promote it?! It's marketing. It's true that you don't get the "cover" with Max (in fact it's the entry screen) but you get the pack with Max's livery, gloves, suit, and helmet. A lot better than a cover if you ask me.

@RVladimiro What are you saying? Why does it have to even be one or the other? What I would have expected is what they promoting to advertise! Is that too much to ask? Why can't we get both... Max livery, gloves, suit, and helmet with Max as the cover art for our digital champions edition versions?
