I CANNOT USE VOICE COMMANDS WITH THE ENGINEER

Hello, I do not see voice chat in the sound settings and therefore, I cannot use voice commands with the engineer with my microphone connected. How can I solve it? I am a PC user.

Please post a dxdiag with make and model of mainboard.

Ensure the game is updated to the latest patch and you have verified the files. You don't mention EA or Steam.
