i preordered F1 23 Champions edition and im missing a DLC

I preordered F1 23 before May 31st on xbox and i'm missing the Champions Bumper Pack but I have the Las Vegas Extras DLC. I'm really confused and my Microsoft Store is not showing that own the champi...

I am also having issue getting the Champions DLC packs. I got the Pit Coins and XP boosts however I did not get the Max Verstappen stuff or the new team driver icons. When I go to store it says the Champion edition is owned however when I go to see if it needs to be downloaded nothing shows up in add-on and it says unavailable on the Microsoft store.

I have the same problem. I'm missing the Konnersport MY TEAM items. I didn't receive car paint, overalls, helmet or drivers to choose from in my team
