I preordered F1 23 before May 31st on xbox and i'm missing the Champions Bumper Pack but I have the Las Vegas Extras DLC. I'm really confused and my Microsoft Store is not showing that own the champions edition. Does this mean i'm not getting the game early?
Has this been fixed yet? I bought the champions edition, I got the pitcoin and the characters but didn't get the max verstappen stuff.
I have proof of purchase but says I don't own the champions edition
Hey,
I also do not have the champions edition, so I dont have the bumber thing, Verstappen clothes and the Icons are not in the game even tho I preordered the Champions edition
EA SPORTS FC™ TeamHey @0mp8ptu8geib,
Have you purchased the game via EA App or directly through a console market (PSN Shop or Xbox Shop)?

I am having this same issue.. purchased Champions pre order.. no Max stuff, no world bumper as far I can tell.. game page on my ps4 shows three things downloaded, but the only item that I see in the game is the Pit Coin
I have the same problem. I'm missing the Konnersport MY TEAM items. I didn't receive car paint, overalls, helmet or drivers to choose from in my team
"I am also having issue getting the Champions DLC packs. I got the Pit Coins and XP boosts however I did not get the Max Verstappen stuff or the new team driver icons."
Same thing happened to me on steam and they say they're having technical difficulties so go back to EA. I've opened a EA ticket and I'm having to jump through so many hoops just to prove that I've ordered it through steam I think I'm on to my 4th case and I've emailed the proof they need every time I just think that they can't solve it and they're trying to fog me off!
I am having this same issue.. purchased Champions pre order.. no Max stuff, no world bumper as far I can tell.. game page on my ps4 shows three things downloaded, but the only item that I see in the game is the Pit Coin. How do I get the Max stuff and the Vegas livery, etc?
it would also be great if the thumbnail for the game updated to the actual Champions Edition one as advertised and not just the standard one with Lewis Lando and Charles
I’m still missing the champions bumper pack.
I also bought the champions edition but they gave me only the Max Verstappen stuff and pit coins but not the braking point icons etc.. Do you guys know how to resolve it?? (Ps4)
