disable full assists and try again
that´s make a huge difference, i play on g27 without assists, brake line is last assists i removed, and i need decrease 20 points in difficulty without him, even now 2 months later i´m 10 points below than before with brake line assist enabled
Not that anybody cares ah ah, but I am taking a break as well from F123 till they fix the facility bonus! I don't see any reason to play MyTeam any longer with all those pilots at 100 capped.
(I can live with the car ice-skating; I learned to avoid it.)
Plus, tomorrow, F1 Manager 23 comes out, so I will probably focus on it for 1 month or so. (It's not that deep, so I doubt it will keep me busy for more than 1/1.5 month.)
After that, if there is no change in the facility bonus, I will just move on to Baldur's Gate 3 and wait for F124. I will need to squeeze in some time for Football Manager 2024 as well (I probably will wait to get it at the first decent discount since I will be busy with BG3)

I use T150 wheel and only assists I use are medium TC and auto gearbox (I struggle with manual gearbox, especially in low gears).
I play with AI set to 90 and that seems to be my limit. AI confidence has increased in F1 23, they fight wheel-to-wheel much better than in 22. And they don't dive into corners madly so the fights are enjoyable.
The only thing I still don't like is mass pit stops which usually ruins my teammate's race due to crowded pit lane. I usually undercut AI drivers as I pit according to personalised race strategy. It's still madness when 10 cars go simultaneously into pit. You can expect that under SC/VSC but not during green flags.
