Before raising it I am going to wait a little bit to see if more users comment on this thread and they add their platforms. In that way, I have more solid information to send to the team for investigation.

@EA_Groguet i've experienced this too on Xbox Series S. Happened in Mexico as well as France. Players are just getting warnings / invalidated lap times but no 3 second penalties for the third warning.
@EA_Groguet same issue on PS5, no penalties given even though there are so many warnings for each driver..
I have the same problem this week in Monza, Imola and Texas.
The problem isn't about losing points for corner cutting. If someone earn less points for exceeding track limits, it's ok.
The real problem is that if the car in front of me is gaining time per lap without any time penalty, is depriving me of gaining points for the final position.
He isn't my rival, is not in my ranked group, so, if he win the race and win 100 points or 0 points, i don't care, but! i could earn 15 extra points for the final position if he got time penalties (and i do care about that)
I hope we're in the same page here. It is not about just losing points for exceeding the track limits, but rather having time penalties for doing so.
1. Warnings/time penalties should not lower actual rank points but can lower license rating
2. Multiple warnings should give time penalties in the current race
3. Time penalties can result (obviously) in lower placement in your race which automatically result in lower rank points
This is the only game mode I play as I don't enjoy racing the AI except for testing out setups. There has been a hot patch and a full patch since the issue was reported and the player base has dropped from like 33k players in Ranked at launch down to around 13k for the previous week. Even your big content creators have stopped playing this game mode because of the circus that results from no time penalties. And the last handful of lobbies I've raced in had no more than 5 drivers in them. I don't have any experience in the gaming industry, but having your "serious" game mode be broken for this long cannot be good for the game. In F1 22, the game mode was dead from December on to the release of F1 23 because of the lax rules. Please don't let it happen again to this game.
I play on PC and run into this problem in every single race. As others have already mentioned, this is not unique to one platform. Everyone on all platforms is running into this issue.
Can you guys make sure that at least Codies are aware of this bug? I know it’s there in the things they are supposedly investigating, but it seems ignored or forgotten and I think a reminder wouldn’t do much harm 🙂

This issue has been reported and Codemasters is aware of this. That's why it is on the list.
