I just had an update for Logitech G Hub (version 2023.7.448769) and it listed F1 23 under the "New Games Supported" section, so I thought I'd give it another go having not been able to play the game since the 1.08 patch (other than to check this missing FFB bug).
I did a few laps of one of the weekly challenges (the Time Trial vs Verstappen at Zandvoort). FFB was okay. I then quit and played a Grand Prix at Jeddah. This time FFB seemed okay for two consecutive sessions/races. However, I then quit that after a few laps and started a Time Trial at Singapore (to check out the new layout with fewer corners... hmm, are the American owners of F1 trying to slowly turn every track into an oval?), and FFB was once again missing. So no change.
Also just to clarify, despite what the title of this thread says, my issue is on PC (Windows 10) using the Logitech G29. The title is incorrect because @EA_Groguet merged this with another thread then, when I pointed out that it was a separate issue, it was recreated with the wrong title!Edit: Thanks @EA_Groguet for updating the title.

@NormBash84I'm on PC so that's obviously not an option for me. The only workaround is to quit back to desktop and restart the game after each race/session.Try alt-tabbing out of the game, and then back in. I've got this exact issue with my Fanatec CSL DD, and alt-tabbing seems to fix it again. The same bug occurred prior to the last patch, and was supposed to have been fixed. This latest patch seems to have broken it again.
- 2 years ago@cutterisaacson Thanks for the tip. However, I just gave it a go and it didn't work for me ☹️ In fact this time when I alt-tabbed out and back in again not only was FFB still missing, but half the buttons on my Logitech G29 wheel (most notably the flappy paddles) were no longer responding. For me a complete quit back to desktop and restart seems to be the only way to get it back, making it more or less impossible to play more than one race/session in a row.

I haven't bothered testing it on the last few patches (or indeed played the game at all), so I thought I'd check in to see if anything's changed on the 1.12 patch, so I can hopefully start playing a game I paid £60 for!
Unfortunately on my very first attempt (starting one race, quitting, then starting another in quick succession) FFB once again stopped working. However, one of the workarounds I tried before with no luck (sort of similar to some of the those suggested above) was to unplug the wheel's USB cable from my PC and then re-insert it, causing the wheel to reset (re-calibrate?) and spin back into action. On the 1.12 patch this all of a sudden appears to work and FFB returns.
So there has to be something going on where the game loses contact with the wheel.
@EA_Groguet: Is there any way for a reset to be done in game so I don't have to keep unplugging the USB cable every time FFB disappears?
