Summarize your bug Trueforce Feedback on the Logitech G923 is completely and utterly broken. There is a constant grinding sound coming from the wheel base and every time you drive over a curb it shakes and aggressively moves the wheel. I know for a fact that this should not be happening. And also when spectating others race, the wheel continues to use the trueforce feedback. So that is a clear mistake. Before the 1.6 patch that released last week, the wheel was perfectly fine and working really well and felt great ! Now it feels really uncomfortable and I can’t drive it without it bothering and annoying other people. This needs to be seriously looked at, because in another report I see that the EA help person just said this is normal. I know that it’s clearly not,

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play F1 23 on a PS5 at mainly a track that has quite a few curbs( SPAIN, BRAZIL, QATAR) but don’t do it in an office where there is going to be sound proof walls. You need to see what it sounds like in a house or living environment. And then spectate someone else play with the wheel still connected and you will see the Trueforce kick in when they are driving.
What happens when the bug occurs? The wheel base has a constant grinding and whirring sound from the wheel base and whenever you touch a curb the whole wheel just vibrating super aggressively and there is no way to stop this!
What do you expect to see? I either expected an option to be able to turn off trueforce within the F1 game. If that’s not possible then I would’ve liked to see when you turn down the effects on game and audio settings that should decrease the amount and aggressiveness of the trueforce. If none of these are possible can you guys not just revert whatever you did in the 1.6 patch because it was completely fine before on release.
I am super disappointed in this and everyone that has a Logitech G923 is aswell. The wheel was perfect on launch for us on PlayStation and now this Trueforce has killed it for us all. I really hope that you do look at this and we can find a solution otherwise I’m sure you will loose a lot of players !
