Loss of VIP status and level reset in F1 23 after short break
Hello EA Team, I'm having a serious issue with F1 23. I bought 11,000 Pitcoins and, along with what I already had, I bought the VIP pass (9,000 Pitcoins) and two 1-week XP bonuses. I played for two weeks with the bonus active. After a short break, I came back to find that I had lost my VIP status and my level had been reset to 1.
Strangely, my Career Mode progress and all of my in-game settings are still intact — only my level and VIP benefits are gone. I contacted EA Support and they advised me to open a thread here on the forum.
PC — Ryzen 7 5800X3D, ASUS TUF B550M+, 32GB DDR4 3200, RTX 3080 Ti
Windows 11 — EA App connected via Xbox App using Game Pass subscription

That means you bought the Podium Pass towards the end of Season 12 which ended a couple weeks after your purchase. (Each season lasts around 60 days). When a season ends, everybody returns to Tier 1 and the previous podium pass expires.
