I have at steam and EA account and the F1 game my language settings and region settings right. I can't find anywhere where to adjust the VPN, I don't use it either. I tried again today, but even my today driven time is not saved. I think I will reinstall the game and hopefully I won't lose all my data.

Can't help with region if you don't confirm them. If you can't adjust your VPN, then you do have one. I question whether it might be misconfigured. Good luck.
