Summarize your bug Some textures are very low resolution. Shadows and reflections are pixelated and flickering on the car

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just drive a car (I use tv pod offset). The bug is best visible when use a Ferrari in overcast weather conditions
What happens when the bug occurs? Textures are low resolution and looks like black/grey dots flickering over the car and tires
What do you expect to see? Higher quality/resolution shadow textures
