Hi i made this post because i never receive the max verstappen miami helmet i made this post because customer service ask me to make One for other people and they say they have reported the bug but the bug never have been fix during the week and i still dont know why i never receive the helmet

Just to let you know that the issue has been resolved and you should all now be able to find the missing helmet in your inbox.
Still haven't received Verstappen Miami helmet in the inbox. Been logging in every day since Friday of the Austrian GP. Platform PS4. Many people still haven't received as well. Are we just going to miss out because EA is neglecting us??
Iv also not received mine. They did state just login in and it would be in the mail section but nothing appears after numerous attempts of logging in.
Why is it that only we are constantly speculating, with no official explanation?
I wish they would just include these rewards in the Events / Challenges as they did with the McLaren and Red Bull livery. That worked without any issues, the log in rewards clearly don't, so why not include everything in Events?
