    Yes, they announced on Twitter that you can earn it starting on the 29th August, so it will release tomorrow 🙂

I wish for exactly the same mate as I to am in the same boat.

I personally don't mind paying for them in a dlc pack if need be, EA if you are reading this, please give us another chance to obtain the Likes of the red bull miami and mclaren triple crown liveries...please!!!!
