mfd stuck on window 1

i just re downloaded f1-23 after a while of not playing, 
and i ran into a problem. when running my programs for r&d points, my mfd had a weird bug that also happened to me before i uninstalled the game.
when trying to use my mfd, it sort of waits, glitches and just showes me only 1 window of the mfd - the fuel mixture window with ers deployment, etc.
and it wont switch to another mfd window like its supposed to - it will just go back to mfd not showing anything.
any soloutions?
if you dont understand i will send you a video showing the problem with it(i cant add it here bc file size appearantly is too large)
btw i use g29 steering wheel.
