@rmagruder There are multiple slots for career modes if I'm not wrong but you could also make a new Steam/Epic Games/EA account (Depending on where you bought the game) for each of them and share the game so each of them can play the game how they want to.
Got it from Steam. And although the other house member has a steam account, I'm GUESSING that any attempt to play the game while logged into HIS steam Account would likely fail a license check even though the game is installed. So I'm guessing this approach would not work.
