@witek19751 Several questions:
1, Did it work with other apps than F1 23?
2. Is this the first time you've tried it on F1 23?
3. If it is on a PC, is the Logictech G-Hub (GHUB) software installed and running?
3. If you have GHUB installed and running, check that your G923 device is listed.
- If it is listed, click on it and then the "wheel icon" (left side panel). Use the default setup.
4. On F1 23, under the "Input/Controller" menu, is the G923 wheel listed?
- If so, check under the "force feedback" setting on the selection menu and check not set
to all 0's for the feedback settings.
5. If F1 23 is only game you use it on, then check the power supply is plugged and all the
connectors on the wheel and USB are plugged in correctly.

A few times, the EABackgroundService has overwritten many users settings without their knowledge. Here is a link to a topic on this forum that may be more useful for you.

Only thing I can recommend is go into your F1 23/Settings/Controllers (expert setting on) and check under "force feedback" setting selection.
