My progress is gone

Without wanting to sound condescending, why did you format your PC if "everything was perfect"?

Sounds like you have multiple versions of the game. The EA app won't record your Steam hours and vice versa.

I formated it to change my Windows 10 to Windows 11 and i thought cleaning my ssd before the upgrade would be a good idea.

Is there a way change version?? Or should i write to account support about that?

If you bought on Steam, you own the Steam version. If you bought EA, you own the EA version. They are different, even requiring Crossplay to play each other in MP.

Okay that's probably because i played the trial on gamepass before buying it on steam. But i still didn't get how it connects me to the same profile and that profile is still in the league back when i was playing before the format
