+1, having the same problem on steam, Win 11.

Wheel: T248 (xbox version)

Only workaround that works is run Thrustmaster control panel every time after alt tabbing and playing a test force there.

    The better known, and easier, workaround, is simply to alt-tab out and back in again. This has been reported on here about two dozen times or more in the last 4 weeks.
