No race strategy selection possible at the start

Hello everyone,  I can't select a race strategy before the race starts. Both in MyTeam, Grande PRIX or in multiplayer races. Does anyone else have the same problem? Will it be fixed with the Das One...

Mine was in first race of my team on 50% race distance it just gives the x button to start race prompt 

And also in ranked multiplayer which was 25% race 

Will try to get footage when I'm next on and will check settings but never had this on previous f1 games
