No textures. Only Black Screen.

Summarize your bug There are no textures in my game. I can only see the menu and HUD.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the game with my PC i guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? All I see is black.
What do you expect to see? Something! The Racetrack! My driver!
Everything is black when I try to start playing. Even when I creat my driver, I can't see what he looks like or anyhting. I can see all of the menu stuff and HUD but the world itself is just black. No textures or anything. I have tried updating all of my drivers and everything. The only thing I can think of is the message I get everytime I try to launch the game. "Your version of windows 10 is outdated...". I JUST UPDATED IT TO WINDOWS 11!!!!!!! That message is still popping up. It popped up on F1 22 as well but I was able to play it fine. So i have no clue what is going on.
@dampdompanDLSS could be the problem, go to your graphics settings and select something other than DLSS for anti-aliasing, there are several settings where you have to see for yourself which one works best for you.
The text "Your version of windows 10 is outdated..." actually just means that you didn't install all Windows 10 updates, there was no reason to switch to Windows 11, you could undo it again, or just stay with Windows 11.
