Nvidia Driver 563.99 makes game unplayable (Low Framerate)

Product: F1 23
Platform:Steam-PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Summarize your bug The newest Nvidia graphics driver has made this game unplayable. Framerate are less than 25 FPS and often less than 10 FPS. This happens in both F1 world and single player career.
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This happens in both single and multiplayer. I cannot not play this game and the only thing that changed in the past day was updating my graphics driver via GEForce experience. I've turned down my graphic settings much lower than what my system can handle. No improvement. System specs: CPU: i9-9900K GPU: RTX 3090 RAM: 32GB Game usually runs around 100 - 120 FPS.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game is broken. Please fix this or let me know how I can do this WITHOUT reverting my driver. Otherwise I want my money back - this game has wasted too much of my time.
What do you expect to see? A solution ASAP. I have endured so many crashes, bugs and other stuff that i wouldnt expect from EA. I buy this game yearly but am seriously thinking about spending my money elsewhere from here on out. PUT A POLISHED GAME OUT ON DAY 1.

@tehHAL9000 I would simply install an older version of the driver.
If it works fine with an older version but not with the latest one, I would look for the fault in the driver and not in the game.

For me, geforce experience always caused extremely poor performance, since then I only install the driver without geforce experience.
  • When in doubt, you should ALWAYS use DDU to wipe out all traces of the current driver before updating to the newest. NVIDIA drivers often leave behind bits and pieces of themselves that frequently cause conflict issues with newer drivers.

Download DDU, download the newest driver direct from the NVIDIA driver website, restart your PC in safe mode without networking (I just pull the ethernet cable out to be sure), then use DDU to wipe out the older driver. When the job is done, and the PC has restarted (This is why I disconnect the internet physically), simply reinstall the new driver. If you still have issues after that, then repeat the process, but instead go back to the last known stable driver you had.
