Nyck de Vries is FINALLY alive again! ... well, kinda.

so once again, EA screwed up by not bringing Nyck de Vries back to F1 23. But with the most recent update, there actually is a way to bring him back.

Yep, you just create a Driver Career and you simply play as him. So I guess that EA finally did something right by making the number 21 available for the player, because that means we can correct the grid and still have Daniel Ricciardo in the available driver roster, which is what should have been all this time, that Nyck de Vries does not get deleted from the game and is still available to pick alongside Daniel.

This is the legit only way to have Nyck de Vries in F1 23 ever since EA relentlessly deleted him to pursue 1000% pinpoint perfect realism, which is no way to develop video games, if you ask me.

Like I said in a different post (-> This can't continue like this...), Codemasters needs to have all development work back, because they used to be creative, provided us with the kind of content that we want and don't really disrupt the base game too much.

So, I guess I should thank EA for providing us with a way to revive Nyck de Vries, but it would have been much better if he still was in the game at the start of a career save, meaning he would be at AlphaTauri at the start, and Daniel Ricciardo is a free agent until a driver retires from F1.
