Take a look on your hardware setting config file in my documents/myGames F1 2023:
Under Post processing:
<postprocess motionBlur="False" godRays="true" depthOfField="True" lensStreak="true" lensFlare="true" bloom="true" motionBlurV2="False" />
You will see there are 2 settings for motion blur. Set both of them to false
I would even try Depth of field to "false" also, if it doesn't help.
Or just turn Post processing to Low in the game menu. It should get rid of the horrible blur in the distance.
You can keep DLSS enabled with the above method.
EA...... Stop Over Processing your games as default. There is no need for this amount of fake blur and horrible effects. It does not make the game look nicer!!
I have wasted 1 hour out of my free 5 hours, just to get this game to look acceptable!!!!!
I have the same issue. It existed since the beta. The config file fix doesn't solve the issue of blurriness. Tried many things and different combinations and haven't found a solution yet. F1 22 looks much cleaner than this with no blurriness issues.

I've just burnt my 5 hours.
7800x3d, 3090, 32GB CL30 / 6000 RAM
Running 1440p triple and iRacing is a nice 100+FPS solid. This is my 1st time playing F1.
I'm getting 30fps, it's terrible. Settings on medium, it looks rubbish and performance is horrific.
I'm hoping for a patch.
