Try upping the distance scale try both 0.1 or 0.3 see if that helps
try setting it to false ( but I think this will make the game stutter as it will draw in all trees at full quality
but upping the numbers should tell the game to load in some more of the the trees in full detail, maybe stop the white trees from popping in
Thanks for the suggestions, I did try them but they made no difference whatsoever.
The white "boxes" i see through the trees are buildings in the background on the other side of the track and also the poles holding up the lights.
I will just have to wait and see if this gets fixed in a patch as I am pretty sire this is game engine related and not a setting.

I have ended up keeping post processing at high.
And settingthe AA to TAA with FidelityFX Sharpening.
The issue seems to be with all DLSS, FSR and Intel XeSS
This obviously takes a hit in performance, with raytracing set to on. But for now its much clearer, until they fix the Upscaling issue as all three upscaling methods introduce Blurring in the distance.

I can't believe how bad this engine is. The graphics are absolutely horrible, everything is blurry thanks to the amazing TAA that can only blur everything and create ghosting. This game is somewhere in the 2010s graphically. Just look at GT7 (still on PS4!! ) or Forza, the difference is incomparable.
