PC Graphics very blurry despite ULTRA settings and high end PC

Just installed the game on PC via Steam and the graphics are awful. Everything ahead of the car is "foggy" / "blurry".

I have everything set to ULTRA at 1440p.

System is a Ryzen 7 5800X3D

RX 7900XT Graphics card

16Gb Ram

Have set motion blur to zero but it looks like i'm looking through a fog and the details on the car in front are terrible.

Graphics on F1 22 were so much better.

Tried everything, and game is very very blurry, worse than Xbox Series X.. with an RTX 4090. Any news on this? And why isnt this being investigated / fixed?

yeah, i´m running on 2560x1440 resolution, all in ultra except ray tracing, dlss on quality and the game looks so horrible, but its only in dry races, in wet its beautiful and don´t have fog or blurry, only on dry races, the contrast ratio or illumination looks terrible too, even on sun light looks a little dark, without bright
