Persistent connection issue in multiplayer games and menus

Hello. Can anyone help with my eternal problem, namely with the internet connection. Often after one lap qualifying my game decides to disconnect me from the session or everyone shows a red X next to...

So no auto loading or background programs?

Do you use AV suite? Firewall or VPN? 

Do you play with a browser open?

What router do you use? Are you sharing a connection with others?

    @SteveJackson All I know is that I don't use or have a VPN and I rarely play with an open browser. I use a T-Mobile B528-8DA8 router and and household members also use the router wirelessly but but I tested it and I don't feel any difference when someone else uses it.
