Persistent connection issue in multiplayer games and menus

So no auto loading or background programs?

Do you use AV suite? Firewall or VPN? 

Do you play with a browser open?

What router do you use? Are you sharing a connection with others?

    @SteveJackson All I know is that I don't use or have a VPN and I rarely play with an open browser. I use a T-Mobile B528-8DA8 router and and household members also use the router wirelessly but but I tested it and I don't feel any difference when someone else uses it.
