What car are you driving, and with what kind of setup, because I can't find that livery anywhere, either in F1 or F2. I also tested this with every car, in both F1 and F2, and couldn't replicate it even once.
I was driving the FOM car in career mode. that's just an imported livery, I drove slightly to the right of the racing line, and got it consistently
So you're running with modified files then. You should remove anything that didn't come with the game, just to eliminate those changes as the cause of the issue. I guarantee that EA/Codemasters will not consider looking into this issue until you play the game without mods.
I've driven other tracks, and they are all fine, but this is the first track that this has happened to me. The mod is only for custom liveries
