Preset only lobbies still allowing custom setups!

Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a lobby and select 'Preset Only', under 'Lobby options', select Car Setuo and switch to 'Preset only'. Once enabled. Load into game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Car setups are fully customisable despite the preset only setting enabled.
What do you expect to see? 5 setups displayed without the option of customising the car.

This has been a bug since release and seriously needs addressed as soon as possible.

Preset only lobbies should be exactly that. Presets!
