Race 2 in F1 world doesn't load

Summarize your bug When starting the second race in the "Welcome to F1 World" series, the splash screen for Silverstone appears, but it never loads past this point. I am forced to kill the game via Task Manager.

Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? BT
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to access the second race of the "Welcome to..." series in F1 World.
What happens when the bug occurs? Silverstone splash screen appears and the word "Loading" appears over this in the top left corner, as is normal, then it never gets past this point.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to load into the car cockpit on the grid of that race.

This issue only happens with this one particular race, however it blocks all progress in F1 world. 

Drivers are up to date, have disabled all overlays.

Checked Internet connection including Steam network connection and EA Play connection.
