This happens to me too and I agree with you... it was fun but now, disappearead without reason and with no answers from EA...

Yep, it was more fun before and it's a shame they changed it for whatever reason and didn't even bother to let us know or tell us why (not exactly a surprise, but still a shame)..
And now that F1 24 was just released, we can completely forget ANY chances of getting ANYthing in F1 23 improved or fixed..
(not to mention F1 24's handling is pure crap at the moment, for what I've heard - it seems the handling was made to please people playing it on a pad and it's terrible for people playing it on a wheel - my case - so.. that's probably a game I will have to skip for the first time since F1 2019..) I agree with everything you say... the could do better every year but the result is almost the same. I have already preordered F1 24, never skipped one since F1 2015, I heard too about the crappy handling with the wheel but someone says that traction is better with wheels instead of joypad. By the way, I could tell what I feel when the game comes out and I hope for a day one patch. Let's see! We have to keep in mind the the F1 series games are NO sim, maybe "simcade" but I'm not that sure...
